Initial 3 months with the intention of proceeding with Option 1 or 2 long term and taking majority of the social planning and management in-house with Social Mentoring and Recommendations from Rocket
Option 1+2 plus:
Create a full month’s content plan based on events and activities agreed with the client – plus example content and planning for competitions, promotions etc to increase engagement
Schedule and activate the agreed content plan – we will work together to ensure all areas are covered and content is correct at time of publishing to engage the audience and provide relevant news to followers
Trend research including hashtag analysis to target relevant audience growth
Video, animation and GIF creation as part of the content plan – video content is proven to be more engaging and will help to grow audience and likes
Advice on audience management including how to respond to user comments and messages where relevant, engaging with users and driving new customers to your brand page – this will all be covered in training sessions to allow for this in-house
Audience research and targeting: driving brand awareness to the right customers – using Facebook targeting and campaigns we will demonstrate how to grow your audience and provide the results in monthly reporting
Paid boosting and advertising across social channels to promote brand profile growth (subject to budget)
Promoting relevant products within the content and engaging customers to increase sales and shares – more shares across our social will help to improve customer reach
Engagement with other groups and users to increase reach
Monthly meeting with the client to include Social Media Training and Mentoring, sharing new creative ideas to help grow the social channels and engagement and one on one education to show the team how everything is undertaken and how to manage the profiles internally
