Before we get stuck into a project, we have thorough conversations with our client to best understand their business, product, or service. We’ll run through our outsourced marketing services and talk through which the client will best benefit from. 

Setting the groundwork  

Once we have discussed the brief, we will make a game plan and note the number of hours needed to execute the marketing work. We will pitch our plans to the client and then agree with them on which services we’ll provide, and whether it’ll be a retainer agreement or a one-off project. We are always upfront, honest, and fair about our costs and hourly rate. We may offer a fixed fee or day rate, based on the work. 

Setting the wheels in motion  

Once we’ve gotten to work, we’ll keep the client in the loop the entire time. We always offer plenty of opportunities to amend and provide feedback on the project. This means the client is always in the driving seat with their marketing strategy. 

Ongoing monitoring and support 

We will monitor the success and KPIs of our work and offer detailed reports on the results we’ve achieved. With a client retainer, we continue to keep our finger on the pulse of the business. We’ll provide ongoing marketing support to help grow and develop the brand long term. We’ll also stay available in case unexpected issues arise. 

Fostering a partnership 

At GIANT, we don’t like to be strangers. Many previous clients will return for ad hoc project support, and we’re always happy to jump back in and help. We know running a business can be unpredictable at times, and we give our retainer clients the freedom to adjust their retainer agreement at any point.
